Inside you'll find 1500 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a vintage, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century and European accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright kitchen, an open dining room with rectangular table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with a large sofa and colorful textiles. The back of the home opens to a lovely backyard with a large pool and natural surroundings. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking. The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. Please note that we occasionally change out and swap furniture in this space. While it will more or less the same, please note it may not be identical to photos. If you have something in particular furniture wise you need for a shoot please ask before booking! Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minuet your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. When your final walkthrough starts is when the time of the shoot ends. NO smoking on the premises. Production must carry out their own trash and dispose of it (not in our trash cans), any bags left behind will incur a fee. Outside catering is allowed and suggested.
