Here’s what we do before each guest arrives: 🌿 Outdoor Areas Wiped Down All seating, tables, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly wiped and sanitized. 🪑 Furniture Reset & Staged All furniture is arranged neatly and checked for cleanliness and stability. 🌺 Yard Grooming Leaves, debris, and garden waste are cleared, and any mess from previous bookings is removed. 🔥 Fireplace Cleaned & Prepped (if in use) The fireplace area is cleared of ashes and made ready for safe use (upon request). 🚽 Restroom Sanitized If bathroom access is included, it is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies. ♻️ Trash Removal & Disposal All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced for a fresh start.
