This 1,000+ sq ft creative studio is ideal for portrait photography, product photography, video shoots, content creation, and small-scale productions. With approximately 18ft ceilings, concrete floors, and an open layout, the space can comfortably support portraits, branding sessions, product setups, social media content, e-commerce shoots, and creative production work. The studio features a custom 12x8 ft rolling backdrop wall with both seamless paper and wood-textured surface options, giving creators flexibility for clean studio looks or warmer natural textures. Basic Savage seamless paper backdrops are included with your booking, including True Blue, White, Fashion Grey, and Eggnog. Additional backdrop colors may be requested for an added fee, or guests may bring their own. For product photography, the studio can accommodate tabletop product setup. The space also includes a dedicated air conditioned makeup with a private changing corner, and a comfortable client seating area with a preview monitor. Amenities include WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, mini fridge, on-site bathroom, and easy load-in access from both the front and back entrances. Free parking is available. With its clean industrial feel, flexible backdrop options, high ceilings, and practical production friendly layout, this studio is built to support independent creatives, brands, agencies, and small production teams. Please note: The main studio space is not air conditioned, but the insulated high ceilings help the space stay relatively cool with airflow. Fans are provided to help keep the space comfortable. The makeup room is air conditioned.
