A restroom is conveniently located in the basement to keep the main house private. The space is designed for flexibility..whether you’re planning a chill afternoon with friends, a fun kids’ pool day, or an intimate celebration. Outdoor seating, shaded areas, and safety features (including outdoor security cameras) help create a comfortable and secure experience. Parking for 8–10 cars is available, and for larger groups, rideshare is recommended.
