Space can be used for filming commercials or film/TV. It can also be used as a meeting space or a sales office. It is open concept and has a waiting room, a kitchen and a board room. There is air conditioning and a fridge available for use. There are washrooms in the hallway beside the office. There is also a back patio with stairs to the back lot parking.

Any garbage should be disposed of in the bins in the back of the building in the parking lot. The place should be left as found. Cleaning materials will be found in the kitchen cupboard and a broom/dustpan will be left in the office. When you arrive, the office will be clean and spotless.
