Our Commitment:
We maintain professional cleaning standards between every booking to ensure a pristine shooting environment for your production.
Deep Cleaning Protocol:
All surfaces are thoroughly sanitized including countertops, tables, doorknobs, and light switches
Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout the property
Bathrooms are deep cleaned and disinfected with fresh towels provided
Kitchen is fully cleaned with all dishes, cookware, and surfaces sanitized
All linens are professionally laundered if bedrooms are used for shooting
Trash is removed and fresh bags placed in all receptacles
Pre-Production Prep:
Before your arrival, we ensure all spaces are camera-ready with clean windows, dust-free surfaces, and organized rooms. We understand that productions need pristine conditions for professional results.
Your Responsibility:
Clean as you go during production
Return furniture to original positions
Remove all equipment, props, and craft services
All trash must be bagged and taken to the community disposal center at 117 Thornberry Ln (Community Office) - approximately 5 minutes from the house. Please dispose of all production waste, craft services trash, and any discarded props or materials in the community dumpsters before leaving. If you anticipate excessive trash from a large production, you will be required to dispose of the trash yourself.
Wipe down any surfaces used for food or makeup
Report any spills or stains immediately for proper treatment
Post-Production:
Basic cleaning after normal use is included. Excessive cleaning beyond normal production wear (glitter, confetti, extensive spills, etc.) may incur additional fees. We're happy to discuss any messy shoots in advance to determine if extra cleaning arrangements are needed.
Our goal is providing a consistently clean, professional environment that's ready for cameras the moment you arrive.
