Discover expansive remodeled wrap around yard-- LARGE POOL & JACUZZI, a BBQ for al fresco delights, and OUTDOOR DINING AREA for large groups. Enjoy SUNSET VIEWS and unwind around the FIRE PIT and 2 large in-ground trampolines! We do ask that outdoor quiet time of 9 PM is strictly adhered to. No personal speakers, DJ or live music is permitted. Indoor Sonos sound system with subwoofer, and speakers throughout the downstairs deliver great sound via airplay.
