Whether it's a formal or casual gathering, enjoy a beautiful open-air courtyard surrounded by large trees and a long meadow for your team-building event, baby or wedding shower, retirement party, or other gatherings. The courtyard will accommodate 85 guests around cocktail tables with room to mingle easily. You can fit up to 96 people at 6' round seated tables, but with much less mingling space. You can spread some tables into the grand lawn space. This space is flat, but it's grass, so consider it "high heels UNFRIENDLY. " If you include either of the meadows (upcharge), it adds 10 acres of cut grass, 3 acres in front of the residence (connected to courtyard), and 7 acres behind the residence (minus pool pavilion, small stable, and barn). The entire property is lined on three sides with woods and wildflowers. One side overlooks another private residence with a pond and a horse stable. We also host weddings of up to 250 guests. Covered spaces, such as the pool pavilion, are also available on the same property, which can accommodate the same number of guests. It is at the back of the residence, next to a beautiful inground pool area. The pool is NOT fenced inside the pavilion event space. It is possible to fall into the pool, so please consider this when booking.
