During the session: Encourage guests to use lids on drinks and avoid messy foods to keep the space clean. Have disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizer available for quick touch-ups if needed. After the session: Remove any trash and dispose of it properly. Wipe down all surfaces again, paying special attention to high-touch areas like microphones, chair arms, and door handles. Coil and store cables neatly, checking equipment for any damage. Vacuum or sweep the floor if needed to remove debris. Restock any supplies like wipes or hand sanitizer as necessary.
