Featuring exposed ceiling beams, natural light from skylights with retractable blackout shades, and a flexible open layout, this space is built to support both professional productions and creative events. Main Shooting Area — 1,000 sq ft Open, high-ceiling shooting space ideal for photography, video productions, tabletop work, and set builds. The retractable blackout shades allow you to control the lighting for a clean, consistent look or take advantage of soft natural daylight. Green Room / Flex Space — 270 sq ft Comfortable and versatile with a TV, two couches, coffee table, and a small dining table. Perfect for talent holding, wardrobe/makeup prep, a client lounge, or an additional shooting setup. Full Kitchen for Food & Tabletop Shoots Equipped with a gas range, sink, and refrigerator—ideal for food photography, recipe videos, cooking demos, or catering prep.
