Post-Event Cleanup & Inspection Initial Walkthrough: We conduct a thorough inspection of the entire space to identify any areas that require special attention, such as spills, stains, or damage. Waste Removal: All trash, including what was bagged by the previous renters, is collected and disposed of properly. We also manage recycling to ensure we're being environmentally responsible. Lost & Found: We check for any items left behind by guests and store them in a designated lost and found area. 2. Deep Cleaning & Sanitization Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces: All frequently touched surfaces are disinfected, including doorknobs, light switches, tabletops, and bathroom fixtures. We use commercial-grade sanitizers to eliminate germs and ensure a hygienic environment. Floor Care: All hard floors are swept and mopped with a suitable cleaning solution to remove all scuff marks, spills, and dirt. Tables and Chairs: All tables and chairs are wiped down and sanitized before being neatly arranged for the next booking. Restrooms: The three bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and sanitized. This includes scrubbing toilets, sinks, and counters, as well as restocking all supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. 3. Venue Refresh Dusting: All surfaces, including window sills, are dusted to remove any remaining particles. Air Freshening: The space is aired out, and a light air freshener is used to ensure the venue smells clean and fresh. By following this rigorous process, we can guarantee a clean, safe, and professional setting for every event, ready for you and your guests to enjoy.
