The house sits on 1/2 an acre of land - elegantly nestled into the contours of the property and surrounded by gorgeous trees. Honoring the simplicity of scandinavian design, the interior material palette is simple, consistent, and timeless. Clean white walls, dark wood floors, and oak screens provides a perfect canvas for a wide variety of home, lifestyle or brands seasonal photography and video content. The exterior is shou sugi ban (charred wood siding) that offers a dramatic backdrop on the multiple patios. The house has two stories - you enter into a public top floor through an oak screened vestibule that opens into the open plan kitchen, dining, and living room that looks out into the forest through 36' of sliding doors. Down the oak screened staircase you descend to the bottom floor, which include the primary suite, office, and guest bedroom and bath.
