There are two decadent worlds that this studio offers. The main room: A Recording studio home to the most coveted recording equipment and an energy that has kept it humming for 40 years. The aesthetic is vintage but it is not "tired". Within The main room: Control Room - Recording Console, Outboard Equipment. Two couches, overhead lightning, Studio furniture. Side Booth 1 - Isolation booth With window looking into the control room + Live room. Currently there are vintage 2 vintage microphones and one vintage fender amplifier in there. Live Room - Where our drums, Amps, Organ, and Wurlitzer live. There are also an assortment of microphones that are placed to capture said instruments. Middle Booth - Where our Grand Piano lives. Side Booth 2 - Another isolation booth set currently for guitar/bass amplifiers. BACK ROOM: - A large space with very tall ceilings. - Couches, recording equipment, gobos, and other things float in this room. - Within 30 minutes it can be cleared and emptied. - Ceiling is rigged for professional lighting fixtures to be flown from it. - Open and closable skylights Notes: - All lights in the building can change color - Setups can be arranged/coordinated - Privacy, you rent the entire thing at once. - Private gated parking - Vintage instruments everywhere.
