    Über All in Properties

With a foundation dating to 1818, this mansion captures Historical Nashville perfectly with authenticity and character while including all the amenities modern life requires. 12 foot ceilings with pocket doors and hardwood floors throughout. We've hosted a hundred or more events and parties over the last 15 years. From Christmas parties, to large reunions, wedding rehearsals, live performances, CD releases, downtown Bridgestone afterparties, music videos-- we've hosted everyone from local bands and nextdoor neighbors to major acts like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Morgan Wallen, The Black Keys, Margo Price, Luke Bryan, and so many more. Understand this place is set up for comfort. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations I would look somewhere else. While we have taken great work to restore the inside, it is still a work in progress.
