To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness: After Each Guest • We hire professional cleaners who service the office immediately after every rental. • All desks, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected and sanitized. • Floors and carpets are vacuumed and spot-cleaned as needed. • Trash bins are emptied, and liners replaced. • Windows and blinds are checked for dust and wiped as required. Deep Cleaning • In addition to after-use cleaning, a weekly deep cleaning is conducted, which includes: • Full carpet care and stain removal. • Sanitization of baseboards, door handles, and office equipment. • Window cleaning and polish of furniture surfaces. Your Responsibility • Renters are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their booking (e.g., disposing of trash, wiping up spills). • Any damages or excessive mess beyond standard use will result in an additional cleaning fee. With this process, every guest can be assured they are entering a fresh, sanitized, and professional office space.
