The living room has blue walls, an orange ceiling, large windows, and modern furniture and lamps. The bathroom complements this aesthetic with a vintage feel and a pop of pink. All furniture remains in place and can be used during your shoot, and curtains can be removed upon request. Best lighting for the living room is around sunrise. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the space offers easy street parking for your convenience. The yard and outdoor areas are also available for use if needed. ***Please note this is an owner-occupied single-family home. We may be present in other areas of the house during your booking. You’ll have access to the living room and bathroom only. We will not enter the living room during your booking, and maintain a quiet environment.
