We have 35 acres on the river. It has a lot of hilltops and would make a great venue for music videos and films. The property has rolling hills and pasture, pond, woods and campsite, and 8000ft of riverfront that goes to a rock small waterfall and big island. Lots of options for great film coverage. We have kayaks, canoes, and a dinghey with trolling motor available to be sure to the island and waterfall we own. This would also make a great venue for camping and survival type events.
