Inside, the airy design features fresh light wood floors, soft neutral tones and clean white walls, creating natural yet sophisticated spaces. Our favorite lighting period is...all day - we have amazing light throughout the day with large arched windows in main areas, primary bedroom and office. Each space is minimalist with white walls and neutral furnishings. The kitchen is large with wrap around counters, free standing island plus dining table for 6-8. Lots of light fills the kitchen through larger windows and exterior door to the deck that overlooks a smaller manicured backyard. Our home offers two light drenched living spaces. The main living room features oversized RH white L shaped sofa, a cozy wood burning fireplace, modern wood furnishings, a bar with marble counters, and striking Western art by Laura Goodson (the cowboy artist). The second space, affectionately called the Tea Room, is a modern serene sitting area bathed in light, overlooking both the front entry courtyard and the back deck. The Master Bedroom is extra large with a modern king bed and all white bedding. A small office hidden behind a pocket door, with its suede hide wrap around seating and its gorgeous high gloss dark blue walls, gives off Ralph Lauren vibes.
