This fitness training facility has both a gym portion and classroom - making it easy to train and teach in one space! There is a warehouse side with gym: includes squat racks, cardio equipment, cable pulldown machine, rope climb, pullup bar, artificial turf, CWI tub, kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, boxes for jumps, rowing machine, ski erg, Assault bike, truform treadmill, black rubber flooring, sandbags, and more. It has a raw gym feel, similar to a platoon space in the SEAL Teams. The classroom side has a large whiteboard, cubbies for client personal items, folding chairs, classroom table, TV with hookups (coming soon), refrigerator, bathroom and air conditioning. It has a clean and professional feel.
