Cozy East Nashville Recording & Songwriting space

Located in the heart of Cleveland Park, this 500 sq. ft. sound-treated, professionally converted garage is the perfect creative escape in East Nashville. Just steps from Wilburn Tavern, Folk, Red Headed Stranger, Xiao Bao, and more, the space offers both convenience and inspiration. The studio is fully equipped for songwriting, recording, and production. You’ll find a vintage CB700 drum kit, Kawaii K-2 upright piano, a Gibson SG bass, acoustic and electric guitars, ukulele, mandolin, bongos, and other instruments to spark ideas. For recording, the space features a Soyuz Bomblet mic, an SM7 with a Cloudlifter, a pair of Fathead Ribbons, A Bluebird large diaphragm, OP-1, ROLI Seaboard, Apollo Quad interface, JBL 3-Series speakers, and a Studio monitor. Whether you’re here to flesh out a new song, track piano and vocals, or take a project all the way to the finish line, this studio provides a comfortable and inspiring environment. The space is designed to feel like home — relaxed, creative, and open — while giving you the tools to do your best work. Disclaimers: There is a guest bed in far right corner that will be blocked off (pictured). The converted garage is attached to the house where our dedicated bathroom is. It is very soundproofed & isolated from the home itself. You'll also have access to the rooftop — for fresh air or a break from the space. A private bathroom is on site.
