This is a unique 100-year-old industrial warehouse studio located in East Downtown Houston, full of character and historic charm. The studio is located on the 4th floor and accessed by a spiral staircase (no elevator). Inside the studio, you’ll find a clean, well-maintained space featuring natural brick walls, abundant natural light, and a professional setup, including a cyc wall. Please note that the building itself is an older structure and maintains its original aesthetic. Hallways and common areas are more raw and minimally lit compared to modern buildings. While many guests appreciate the vintage, cinematic feel, we aim to be fully transparent so you know what to expect upon arrival. Due to the historic nature of the building, indoor temperatures may occasionally fluctuate with outdoor conditions. While we do provide AC, fans, and space heaters, we do recommend to plan accordingly!
