Our 79 m² studio is located on the top floor of a historic industrial building in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The space is very bright, with six large original industrial-style windows opening onto two different facades, letting in abundant natural light and offering views of the urban landscape. Natural light from above enhances the open and inspiring atmosphere. The studio has a minimalist design with a large handmade work table on wheels, comfortable chairs, and a cozy relaxation corner with a carpet and artworks. It’s ideal for photography, video shoots, creative workshops, small meetings, or art projects. Shared facilities include a kitchen and bathroom, adding convenience for longer sessions. Heating, high-speed internet, and plenty of power outlets are available. The space is flexible and can be easily adapted to different setups or creative needs.
