From soft, neutral tones to natural light and woven details, every corner is designed to help guests feel grounded and at ease. We’re located in the Bay Area, easily accessible yet tucked into a peaceful Oakland based neighborhood. The surrounding area includes coffee shops, restaurants, and parks—perfect for grabbing a bite before or after your session, or taking a reflective walk outdoors. The space includes multiple seating areas, each styled for comfort and conversation: A mid-century meets boho inspired brown leather sofa with neutral pillows, perfect for small groups or cozy one-on-one conversations. Plush white lounge chairs and a velvet green accent chair, arranged around a patterned rug to foster warmth and intimacy. A bright sitting area with a gray sofa, wicker armchair, large window, and indoor plants that bring in natural light and greenery. A quiet corner with a woven rattan chair and macrame wall hanging, ideal for private reflection, reading, or meditation. Guests have access to the full lounge-style setup, desk/work area, and flexible seating. The layout can be adjusted to suit events like workshops, retreats, team off-sites, or small group gatherings. Parking is available nearby, and the space is accessible by public transportation. We offer flexible rates depending on the day, length of booking, and type of use. Discounts are available for non-profits and wellness professionals. Rates may vary for larger groups or special events. Gathered has hosted wellness workshops, intimate community gatherings, professional trainings, and creative off-sites. Guests appreciate the calming energy and thoughtful details that make the space feel both professional and deeply welcoming.

Cleaning Process We take pride in keeping Gathered fresh, clean, and ready for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitization of High-Touch Surfaces: Door handles, light switches, desks, and shared furniture are disinfected between each booking. Fresh Seating & Surfaces: Couches, chairs, and tables are wiped down and fluffed/arranged so the space feels inviting. Restroom Care: Restroom is fully stocked with soap, paper products, and cleaned before each booking. Air Flow: Windows are opened between sessions (when possible) to keep the space fresh and airy. Deep Cleaning: Floors, rugs, and upholstery are vacuumed and/or steam cleaned on a regular schedule. We kindly ask guests to return the space as they found it by removing trash, cleaning up after food or beverages, and respecting our no-smoking policy.
