Previously an authentic Urgent Care, the building, complete with the big iconic red sign sits right on Venice Blvd. Inside the wall to wall glass entry way, the clinic starts with a waiting room and a large check in counter. Beyond 6 exam rooms, there are ample spaces and additional rooms for production or staging. A second entrance off to the side provides an opportunity for a safe load in. There are 2 restrooms within the clinic itself. Additionally to the clinic, next door we can provide a large storage/workshop space, an office with ensuite bathroom which can be used for wardrobe/makeup or talent holding, and a 2 car garage with built in shelves, perfect to set up your crafty and working areas.
