We are delighted to share our fully renovated 100-year old building, which has been the site for a variety of video shoots, commercials, famous and fashionable people capturing images, and large-scale events. The Factor Building was created for the creative community and we pride ourselves in our collaborating spirit. The building has charm and boasts a 10,000 square foot flexible space that can be utilized for all sorts of needs. The space can accommodate up to 500+ people. While industrial, the space has great natural light, surrounded by windows with city views, and is conditioned.
