Here’s how we prepare the space before your arrival: 🌿 Before Your Event Full lawn inspection and cleanup – The grass is cleared of debris, pet waste, and anything that could interfere with your setup. Surfaces wiped down – All tables, seating, and high-touch areas are thoroughly wiped with disinfectant. Trash bins emptied and relined – Fresh liners are placed in all trash and recycling bins for your convenience. Restroom sanitized (if indoor restroom access is included) – Cleaned, stocked with hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Pest control checked – We regularly maintain the yard to minimize bugs and ensure a comfortable outdoor experience. Furniture arranged – If you're using provided seating or tables, we set them up in a basic configuration unless requested otherwise. 🧹 After Your Event We kindly ask that you: Gather trash into the provided bins Remove any personal items or leftover food Return borrowed furniture to its original place (if moved) After your rental, we come in to: Deep clean all used surfaces Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly Sanitize any shared or rented items Prepare the space for the next event with the same care
