Loft Studio 406 is a design-forward industrial loft in Seattle created for photography, video production, content creation, brand campaigns, interviews, podcasts, workshops, and commercial productions.
Located within Seattle’s historic SODO warehouse district, the studio combines large industrial windows, warm wood flooring, curated furnishings, architectural details, and a hospitality-inspired kitchen to create an environment that feels elevated, flexible, and distinctly Seattle.
Designed as a Complete Environment
Rather than a traditional photo studio or blank canvas, Loft Studio 406 was built as a complete environment. The commercial kitchen, dining area, lounge settings, window platforms, architectural details, and open studio floor create multiple production environments within a single booking while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic throughout the space.
Large industrial windows, elevated ceilings, mature plants, original artwork, and designer furnishings allow productions to move between multiple looks without extensive styling, major set changes, or leaving the studio.
Whether you’re capturing still photography, producing video content, filming interviews, recording podcasts, building a brand campaign, or creating social content, the space is designed to move with your production rather than limit it.
