This fully sound-treated production studio features a three-sided white cyclorama wall, making it ideal for film shoots, green screen keying, commercial photography, music videos, livestreams, and branded content. The main stage offers 1,455 sq. ft. of open space with a 12'9" lighting grid clearance and a full overhead grid equipped for cyc wash, key, and fill lighting setups. The open layout provides flexibility for large-scale camera setups, lighting rigs, or modular sets. A designated PowerPoint station and video playback workstation support live broadcast workflows, while optional gear rentals include cameras, switchers, audio packages, and wireless networking equipment. Clients can also access nearby flex rooms for hair/makeup, wardrobe, editing, or client lounge use. Ground-level load-in and ample parking make setup and breakdown simple for crews of all sizes. This space is production-ready for everything from single-camera interviews to multi-cam live shoots.
