Following each booking, our professional cleaning team completes a thorough, multi-step process to ensure our space is immaculate and ready for your arrival. Detailed cleaning procedure 1. Initial post-event inspection Walkthrough: Immediately following a booking, a member of our team conducts a full walkthrough of the space. Damage and cleaning assessment: During the walkthrough, we identify any damage, excessive mess, or specific cleaning needs. 2. Thorough cleaning and sanitization Air circulation: We open windows and doors (weather permitting) to air out the space and ensure fresh air circulates. Waste removal: All trash and recycling bins are emptied, disinfected, and relined. Surface cleaning: Our team dusts and wipes down all surfaces, including tables, countertops, and shelving. High-touch surface disinfection: Using EPA-approved disinfectants, we sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes: Doorknobs and handles Light switches Shared equipment (e.g., coffee makers, remote controls) Countertops and tabletops Kitchen/bar area: All kitchen surfaces, sinks, and appliances used during the booking are cleaned, degreased, and sanitized. Restroom refresh: All restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and fixtures, then restock hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Floor care: All floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped with a disinfecting solution. Fabric and upholstery: Any soft, porous materials, such as pillows or blankets, are cleaned or laundered as needed. 3. Final touches and preparation Space reset: We reset all furniture and decor to the original layout, as shown in the listing photos, to ensure a seamless experience for the next guest.
