Welcome to our live-work community centered around creativity, situated in the trendy Highland Park neighborhood of LA. The shared outdoor spaces beautifully accommodate indoor-outdoor living and can be used for a wide range of purposes. The back courtyard is an approximately 1500 square foot paved outdoor space surrounded by the residences and workspaces of the collective. The space features high end lounge seating for about 16 and dining seating for another 16, plus folding tables and chairs for more if needed. The space can accommodate events with up to 120 guests. The courtyard is shaded by oversized fig and Ficus trees and surrounded by potted fruitless olive and succulent plants. It features a unique and artful collection of lighting fixtures, candelabras, and plant vessels. The lounge features two hanging CB2 daybed swings and designer outdoor loungers from Kartell complemented by boucle outdoor pillows. The main teak wood and black metal dining table is complemented by 12 black metal stackable chairs and sits in front of an outdoor cooking area with a propane BBQ grill and teak wood kitchen cabinets. The area is illuminated by outdoor lanterns and bistro lights and comes equipped with a Wi-Fi speaker system that can be connected to most devices. Also included in the rental of the back courtyard are 3-4 off-street parking spaces, that can be used for Valet and/or vendor vehicles and food trucks. This space is also available as an optional add on to expand the capacity of your event another 200 people or be used entirely as private parking. You will also share access to the collective bathroom, which is in the shared building behind the back courtyard.
