From curated brand activations to elegant celebrations, this two-level, 9,100 sq ft property sits on 1.5 acres of land and offers a refined mix of luxury, versatility, and creative energy. Guests have access to expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, a resort-style pool, fire pit lounge, chef’s kitchen, and multiple flex rooms that can transform for dining, performances, or immersive installations. The open-concept layout allows for seamless flow between levels, creating the perfect setting for cocktail hours, private dinners, and intimate celebrations. The property is kept minimally furnished to maintain its sleek aesthetic and allow full creative flexibility. It can be provided bare bones for vendors who wish to bring in their own décor, or our preferred event design partners and rental vendors can curate the space with custom furnishings, floral design, and immersive installations to match your vision. This is a valet-only facility with space for 10–15 personal vehicles on-site. A dedicated overflow lot, just two minutes away, accommodates 150+ vehicles for larger gatherings. Professional valet service, décor and floral design, photography, videography, catering, and event staff can be arranged to deliver a completely customized and stress-free experience. For events over 10 hours, an Event Manager is provided to coordinate deliveries, vendors, and on-site logistics. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared environment for every guest. The property is professionally cleaned before and after each booking to ensure it’s ready for your experience or production. All high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas are thoroughly disinfected between uses. Linens, towels, and soft furnishings are laundered and refreshed regularly. For events and productions, we provide a walkthrough before and after your booking to ensure everything is in perfect condition and to document the space together. Guests are asked to leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. Trash collected should be placed in the proper garbage can. All Personal items should be removed. Additional cleaning fees will apply for large events, weddings, or excessive mess beyond standard use.
