Studio A offers over 2,000 sq ft of open space with first-floor access, making it easy to load in gear and build your set. Conveniently located off Route 5, near Route 15 and I-91, it’s just 25 minutes from New Haven and 35 minutes from Hartford. Our Studio B offers a dedicated space that can be used as an edit suite, podcast studio, green room, or production office, giving crews extra privacy and workflow options. Features - 2,000+ sq ft open layout with high ceilings - 170 in Cyclorama Wall - Private edit suite/podcast studio/green room space stocked with Mac Mini (w/ M2 Chip. Software includes Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro, Compressor, Final Draft 11, DaVinci Resolve) and Epson V550 Photo Scanner available. - First-floor access for easy load-in - Restroom on-site Rates: Studio A $100/hr. 3 hour min. + $100 Cleaning Fee or $600/day (up to 12 hours) + $100 Cleaning Fee Overtime: $100/hour after 12 hours Studio B $100/hr. 3 hour min. + $100 Cleaning Fee or $600/day (up to 12 hours) + $100 Cleaning Fee Overtime: $100/hour after 12 hours Studio A & B $150/hr. 3 hour min. + $100 Cleaning Fee or $800/day (up to 12 hours) + $100 Cleaning Fee Overtime: $200/hour after 12 hours Perfect For Photo and video shoots, music videos, commercials, interviews, brand content, and small workshops.

The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after each rental, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces, floors, restrooms, and shared equipment areas. We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and production-ready environment for all guests.
