"The Ranch"holds a rich history and is a special place to spend a day. It was built in 1940 by the hands of family and friends. The buildings, huge granite boulders, five acre plot, and granite fixtures remain almost identical to the day they were built. Be encircled by towering Eucaylptus trees, native shrubs and flowers while witnessing battling hummingbirds and soaring hawks. To step onto this property is to step back in time to 1950s San Diego. Development continues around the property including new housing & hotel developments and neighboring highways but the ranch remains a bubble in time and wildlife refuge. The Ranch can serve as an excellent location for family photos, music videos, outdoor filming and special gatherings. Please inquire to further discuss all the options. Please note that majority of activities take place outdoors with limited on-site support. We live onsite and have an active farm but love to share our beautiful home. We have farm tables and benches to use for an additional fee, along with additional amenities and spaces that can be rented. There is a small bathroom accessible to guests. The property is an active organic farm with vegetables and fruit trees. Your business contributes towards keeping the grounds maintained and our latest projects - which include reestablishing our irrigation system so that we can expand our farming operation.
