This beautiful home is located on Greers Ferry Lake in Clinton, Arkansas. It is one hour from Little Rock. Its large deck overlooks the lake and the mountains across it. It is quickly becoming a desired location for small weddings. One recent wedding, the groom and his wedding party arrived by boat! We provide 60 white "wedding chairs" and 9 rectangular tables as well as a cake table. There is space for another 20 if necessary. The venue is unique in that guest can stay on the property for the weekend or even the week. The house sleeps 23 in beds! The main house has 5 bedrooms plus a loft, 3 full baths, kitchen, den and laundry. Attached to the huge deck is an extra apartment, it has two big rooms, that sleeps 10 with a full bath; everything including the children's play house is connected by a huge deck. There is a BBQ and firepit next to the screened gazebo! Bring your family/friends and forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Located on the quieter side of the lake, this family treasure has it all! Come create memories at our favorite place on earth!
