This Arts District photo studio and salon is fully equipped with everything you need for a seamless shoot experience. It’s the only studio in the building featuring a built-in shampoo bowl with hot water—perfect for professional hair styling and on-set touch ups to take your visuals to the next level. 1200 sq ft of studio space available 24 hours. Directly next to the 6th St Bridge and other popular outdoor locations. The studio faces east so the lighting is more direct in the morning. Additionally, there is a rolling backdrop stand that fits 53” backdrops which is ideal for shooting portraits in front of the window. Paper backdrops provided come from Savage Universal. Other various fabric backdrops and canvases can be set up on the extra backdrop stands. Please make sure to look at the current backdrop colors in stock, and make a request in the add ons at least 48 hours before your booking for a new color. If we don't receive a request in that timeframe, the studio's current pre-installed backdrops will be used by default. Each rental includes up to 6 feet of floor usage per backdrop, and additional damage will be charged at $10 per foot. If you need a freshly cut piece, there's a $25 fee per 6 feet. Cutting the paper or using backdrops without prior add-on approval may result in a $90 replacement fee per roll. Also feel free to ask what is currently installed on the three-backdrop setup so you know what colors or styles are available on the day of your shoot. __________________________________________________ ADD ONS SHAMPOO BOWL ADD ON Clean, prepped hair is the foundation of every great hairstyle. Our on-site shampoo bowl provides the perfect setup for effortless transitions between looks. Ideal for beauty, hair, or commercial shoots that require multiple style changes throughout the day. Includes use of salon-grade shampoo and conditioner, with adjustable chair and handheld sprayer with hot water for maximum comfort. If you require the shampoo bowl for more than 4 hours, an additional $100 fee will apply. 💡 Combine this add on with our Hair Styling Service for a seamless beauty setup handled by a licensed hairstylist. STYLING ADD ON Looking to elevate your shoot’s wardrobe to the next level? We offer a premium styling service for an additional $1,000. This includes full access to a curated vintage archive fashion house, allowing you to style your models with unique and timeless pieces that will set your shoot apart. Please note that any damage or mishandling of the clothing items will be the renter’s responsibility and you will be fully liable for the replacement value as determined by the fashion house. PHASE ONE IQ280 CAMERA ADD ON If you’re familiar with Phase One, you know how high quality the system is. Billboard size images. Medium-format digital system (80 megapixels) with Schneider-Kreuznach 110mm f2.8 and Schneider-Kreuznach 80mm f2.8. Comes with 1 lens included of your choosing, and an additional $50 for the other lens. Tethering is available and a Type C cord will be provided if needed.

Any damage, loss, or malfunction caused by misuse or negligence will result in billing for repair or replacement at current market value. MINI PRINTER / MOODBOARD ADD ON Print your inspo photos with a mini Canon printer. You can magnetically hang up your printed photos on the blank side of the rolling double sided dry erase board. Print sizes are 4”x6”. Up to 25 prints, any additional prints can be added for an extra charge. Do not move any photos from the other side of the moodboard. PROJECTOR / CRT TV ADD ON Elevate your shoot with a projector or CRT TV and camcorder. The CRT TV comes with a camcorder.
