The space has a clean, minimal look that works well as a backdrop without being distracting. It’s especially well-suited for photo shoots and filming — there’s plenty of room to move around, set up equipment, and get a variety of angles. The natural light changes beautifully throughout the day, and the tall ceilings give everything a more open, airy feel on camera. Outside, there’s a pool and spacious yard all waterfront.
