Designed for either friend or family gatherings, this home as it all. The main floor features a spacious living area with gas remote control fireplace. This flows into the dining area, high chair included if needed, followed by the large stocked kitchen with counter seating as well as a breakfast nook. For additional space downstairs you'll find an extra living space along with a fun filled kid's play area. Out back you'll find both an outdoor deck with dining table, gas grill and a small yard space as well as a rooftop deck with a seating area and firepit. Please note the upstairs and bedrooms will be off limits for non-overnight guests.
