Welcome to Ten Fifty One, an adaptable venue powered by Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health. Located at 1051 W. Belmont in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, this 1,800 sq. ft. space transforms easily for a wide range of experiences, from intimate gatherings and creative workshops to performances, meetings, and celebrations.
What works well here:
Ten Fifty One is perfect for community events, private parties, networking mixers, pop-ups, panels, art shows, and small performances. The space’s flexible layout and open design make it easy to create your own unique setup.
Layout and setup:
The space includes a 30-foot bar, open floor plan, and movable tables and chairs. It comfortably seats up to 80 guests or accommodates 150 standing. The natural flow of the room allows for lounge-style seating, presentation setups, or open social layouts — ideal for both casual and professional events.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. I want you to look back at these photos for years to come and immediately think back to how much fun you had - not how stressed you were.
