Set within a renovated Victorian warehouse, the venue combines industrial architecture with natural light, adaptable layouts, and dedicated event spaces. Drive-in access and full production support are available throughout, managed by NATIVE Spaces. The 4,900 sq ft combined space features 18 ft and 15 ft ceiling heights, direct street and drive-in access, and dual infinity coves, creating a versatile setting for large-scale productions and events. Situated on the ground floor, Studios G + M offer seamless connectivity between spaces, with reclaimed wooden floors, natural daylight, and flexible layouts for smooth transitions throughout. Both studios include a dedicated green room and private bathroom, providing a refined and functional environment for filming, photography, and live events.
