Great location for small and midsize gathering. Property Includes pool and a hot tub. We also have 8 6ft tables and 15 chairs free for all guests to use and pool floaties and towels available for free use. This property is perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, birthday parties, wedding receptions, swimming/ pool parties, reunions and other outdoor gatherings. In addition to a great pool, guests can add-on items like hot tub, heated pool, Dunk Tank, Ping Pong, Volleyball, Basketball, Sno-Cone machine, Popcorn Machine and, Cotton Candy machine. All guests are allowed to use our indoor restroom. However, keep in mind if you're looking to utilize indoor or any indoor amenities you will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $150, which you can add-on. Lastly, all parties with 20 or more guest will be responsible for paying a cleaning fee. This is a residential neighborhood so no personal speakers are allowed on the property to respect the neighbors. We have a sound system all guests will be able to access. This location is suited for kids and adult who are looking to enjoy time together.
