What’s Permitted: - Pets - Amplified music, including DJs and karaoke - Parties and events of any type - Lasers and other lighting effects - Excess noise at any time - Smoking allowed indoors Food & Beverage: - Guests may bring their own food and drinks - Alcohol is permitted - No food services are provided onsite - Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space
