Arrival Time: Please arrive and depart strictly within your booked hours (this includes setup and breakdown). Crew Size: The number of people on-site must match what was approved in your Peerspace booking. If anything changes, please message us through Peerspace before arrival. 🎥 Filming & Event Guidelines To help keep this a great space for everyone: No unapproved alterations (no nails, screws, tape on walls unless painter’s tape). Furniture & decor may be moved but must be returned to original placement. Protect floors when bringing heavy equipment. No confetti, glitter, smoke, or fog machines unless approved. No amplified outdoor sound without prior permission. 🔊 Neighborhood Courtesy This is a residential area. Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially outdoors. Be respectful of neighbors during load-in and load-out. No loitering or blocking neighboring driveways.
