This versatile loft is perfect for intimate celebrations, private parties, cocktail gatherings, workshops, networking, and social events above the lively coastal streets. The space features abundant natural light, lush greenery, and a flexible indoor layout that can be arranged for dining, lounge seating, or mingling. The kitchenette with sink, coffee setup, and refrigerator is available for catering or event prep. Stair access only – no elevator. We provide onsite support as an add-on. With this, every guest is personally greeted at check-in, and a manager is available throughout your booking to ensure a smooth experience.
