New house completed in 2023 with wide open areas for filming and photoshoots both inside and out. Whether it is in our large, vaulted living room & kitchen, oasis pool area, rock 'n roll themed bar, man cave / party bar / studio area, or our rustic barn, this place would be perfect for your production needs. The house is sitting on 14 acres in a country setting. About 12 acres is usable property and is slightly overgrown as it is a working hay farm. It can be cut upon request if needed. One section of the property is highly secluded from the main road and would be perfect for a long-term smaller set location. Rates can be negotiated for sets that are left on location for future use. We do have a rustic barn on site that would more for visual as only about half of it is walkable. About 60% of the interior of the home is open to production. All bedrooms, bedroom attached bathrooms, bedroom closets and laundry room is unavailable for filming. Bedrooms maybe negotiated on a case by case basis. Most of the perimeter fences are older barb wire or pipe fence, with the front fence being a newly constructed pipe fence with brick column gate. We have plenty of parking for 50+ vehicles including large semi trucks if needed. Valuable items that need to be stored overnight can be locked up in our metal shop. Other rules and time limits can be negotiated.
