This space is used for art, crafting, chemistry experiments, and hands-on workshops. This was a detached garage and is now equipped with rolling work tables, chairs, and shelves. There is a utility sink for washing up, and you can spill out of the garage door into the space out front. There is additional seating and tables in the yard adjoining the workshop. The lighting is natural light from the open garage door. This space needs to be used during the daylight hours and sunny weather if using the outside seating. About 10-12 people can sit in the inside tables and 32 people can sit at the outdoor tables. Electricity also available. This space is used during the weekdays and school year for a micro school.
