KITCHENS: 3 x indoor and outdoor expansive gourmet kitchens, with professional Miele appliances. RULES: 1) NO PARTIES: We do not accommodate music video shoots, birthday parties, wedding, bachelor(ette) or similar parties. 2) ATTENDEES: The total attendee/foot traffic count is determined by the entry of each individual onto the property, throughout the entirety of the rental hours. Including yourself, your team, vendors, movers, caterers, crew, talent, hair/makeup, clients, guests, and any others present. 3) SITE REP FEE: Will be charged for all shoots/events, flat rate $300. Our property manager is always on premises and is available to assist you throughout the production/event. 4) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The deposit amount can vary, but it frequently amounts to half of the location fee. Paid by credit card and returned at completion. 5) REQUIRED INSURANCE (COI): The Guest will need to submit a General Liability Insurance and 3rd Party Property Damage Certificate and showing homeowner’s name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. 6) HOURLY RATE: The rates are determined by factors such as number of attendees, crew size, duration. We work on a per-project basis and welcome inquiries. 7) OVER-TIME: Start and end times include setup and tear down. Be sure to plan for any set-up and take-down for decorations and vendors. All bookings must conclude by 9 pm. 8) PARKING: You can park 8 cars and may unload and load in our driveway. Garage can also be used for load in & out. Free street parking. 9) NO DJ SET UP or SPEAKERS as we refrain from loud or late-night events. To keep neighbors happy; all events/productions must conclude by 9 pm. 10) IN-HOUSE CHEF & CATERING SERVICE: Which can be personalized to match your preferences. Fusion, Asian, Italian, organic, vegetarian, and dietary menus. Our mixologists provide signature cocktails, juices, coffee, and champagne.
