Our cleaning process is completed before and after each booking to ensure the space meets a high standard of comfort and care. ✅ Our Cleaning Protocol Includes: ✨ Full Space Reset • All surfaces wiped and sanitized • Furniture reset to the standard layout • High-touch areas disinfected (door handles, counters, faucet handles, etc.) ✨ Deep Clean of Floors • Sweeping and mopping of the entire loft • Spot cleaning as needed • Entryway + high-traffic areas disinfected ✨ Bathroom Sanitization • Toilet, sink, mirror, and fixtures disinfected • Restocked supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue) • Trash emptied ✨ Kitchenette & Café Area Cleaned • Countertops sanitized • Mini-fridge checked and wiped • Dishware removed or washed if applicable ✨ Trash Removal • All trash bins emptied after each event • Liners replaced • Items left behind are set aside for guest pickup (if needed) Guest Responsibilities (Aligned With Peerspace Norms) To maintain these high standards, we ask guests to: • Return furniture to its original position • Pick up major trash and place it in provided bins • Remove all food, catering materials, or décor brought in • Avoid glitter, confetti, or smoke bombs
