Individual rooms have smaller seating capacities; property access does not mean every room can accommodate the full group. Private bedrooms, the office and gym are not part of this offering. The approximately 11,645 square feet shown for this listing is the combined indoor and outdoor guest-accessible rental area, not the house’s full interior floor area. Rates are based on guest count and are displayed when you enter your reservation details. A four-hour minimum applies. The listed rate covers the event areas described in this listing; cleaning is included. Any optional enhancements are separate and must be agreed before booking.
