This space is perfect for artists, creatives, and even those looking to brainstorm on their next business venture. the space features 22nd story, highrise views in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The massive balcony allows people to work either inside or outside. With panoramic windows throughout the studio, natural lighting fills the workspace. The studio boasts a three monitors for your use. There is a 65" TV, and Xbox One S, Wifi, and we are in the process of making it a functioning recording studio with an engineer. Come to Epicenter to plan your next album rollout, shoot your next video, plan your next quater, or to just enjoy the beautiful scenery that can be viewed for the tallest residential building in Phoenix!
