This downtown creative studio is a flexible space ideal for photoshoots, filming, small events, workshops and art classes. The open layout makes it easy to set up your project, with high ceilings, natural light, hardwood floors and plenty of room to move things around. The studio has a simple industrial look with art pieces that add character while still allowing you to style the space your way. There is also a small area that can be used for hair and makeup or light prep. The space is calm, private and easy to work in, making it great for content creators, meetings, yoga sessions, podcast recordings and more. Cameras are inside for safety, and guests can set up the room to match their vision.

After each guest, the space is fully cleaned from top to bottom. I wash all linens and towels, disinfect high touch surfaces, wipe down counters, sanitize the bathroom and kitchen, and make sure the home is organized, fresh, and welcoming.
